Base delivery fee
More than 6 pieces? Pieces 7–12 are charged as a second group: +$30 for sheets, +$20 for boards, +$35 for combinations. Maximum 12 sheets and boards per delivery. The $25 base fee is charged once, and the add-ons go on top of it. Small items are included in the $25 base. They never add to the price and don’t count toward the 12.

SITE GOPHER Service Terms
Version
1. What we do
SITE GOPHER picks up construction materials and supplies from a store or supplier and delivers them to your jobsite. Your online estimate is not final until we text you to confirm availability and the price.
2. You authorize this order
By submitting an order you confirm that you placed it, or that you are authorized to place it, and that you authorize the items and the delivery fees and charges shown on it. The contact information and addresses you give us are accurate.
3. Payment is due at or before delivery
Payment for delivery fees and for any materials we buy for you is due at or before the delivery arrives.
Items will not be unloaded until payment has been processed. If payment is not made at the jobsite, the driver may leave with the load, and re-delivery fees may apply.Extra stops, waiting time, rush, after-hours and any other added charges need your approval before we incur them.
4. Non-payment and chargebacks
If you refuse to pay, accept the items without paying, or dispute or reverse a payment after delivery for items you ordered and received, we treat that as theft of service. We may pursue collection and any other remedies available to us under the law.
5. Proof of delivery
We keep a delivery photo, GPS location and time record for each delivery. You agree these records serve as proof that the delivery was made, and we may use them to answer any dispute.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel before we buy materials at no charge. If you cancel after we have purchased materials for your order, you are billed for the materials plus the base delivery fee.
7. Loads and safety
Each delivery is limited to 12 pieces of 4×8 sheets and 8 ft boards combined. Small items do not count toward the 12.
The driver may decline, or stop, any load that is unsafe, oversized, overweight or prohibited, or any delivery where the jobsite is not safe to reach.
8. Problems with an order
If something is damaged, missing or wrong, text or call us right away at 321-754-8382 and we will work with you to sort it out.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version you agreed to is saved with your order.

SITE GOPHER Privacy Notice
What we collect
Your name, phone number, company (if you enter one) and email (optional).
The jobsite address and the store or supplier address.
Your location, only if you tap a “near me” or “use my location” button.
Your order details: the items, quantities, notes and prices.
Delivery photos, plus GPS and time records taken when we deliver.
Any survey answers you choose to give us. Surveys are optional.
Why we collect it
To quote and price your order, complete the delivery, keep proof of delivery, handle payment and disputes, and improve our service.
Who we share it with
Map and routing providers (Geoapify and openrouteservice) receive the addresses or locations needed to suggest places and measure the driving distance.Netlify hosts this website and receives the order form.Supabase hosts the database where orders are stored.A payment processor , when we collect payment. We do not store full card numbers.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, delivery photos and GPS and time records for as long as we need them to run the service, handle payment disputes, and meet our legal and tax duties. After that we delete them or remove your personal details.
